Aratrad’s current emphasis is the Gulf—especially Saudi Arabia—where the stakes and potential upside are uniquely high. Our flagship initiative is the Israel–Saudi AI Innovation Fund & Venture Studio: an operator-led platform designed to back and build AI-enabled ventures where Israel’s deep tech strengths and Saudi’s scale, capital, and transformation priorities can create shared value.

Aratrad is led by Jesse Divon, a US-based business strategist working at the intersection of tech innovation and Israel–Arab world relations. Jesse is fluent in Arabic and Hebrew and brings experience across Israel’s tech ecosystem, venture-backed building, and shared-society talent pathways. He previously led a venture integrating Palestinian software developers into Israeli tech, and he continues to serve on its board. His work is grounded in a simple conviction: durable coexistence is strengthened through mutually beneficial economic ties, trust-building, and honest dialogue.
